The Bi-vocational and Smaller Church Ministry Team relates to Pastors who are willing to contribute to their financial support through the means of a secular job, retirement income, disability income, or any other source of income, other than the financial support provided by their churches. This team provides a resume service for pastors seeking a bi-vocational pastorate and resumes for churches seeking a bi-vocational pastor. This team features resources especially designed to meet the needs of Bivo's and Smaller Churches and works closely with all the other LBC Teams to assist Bivo's and Smaller Churches on a personal basis.

These conferences are available by request anywhere in Louisiana. We can offer your church pratical, brief, and to the point methods of proven growth tactics for the smaller church (125 or less in Sunday School).
